On November 13th 2024, Milo&Me was presented with a proclamation from Mayor Caroline Simmons, announcing November as Epilepsy Awareness Month. The day highlighted people living with epilepsy, Stamford Public Schools who are ending the stigma for epilepsy. There was also a flag raising and bake sale. Items from our bake sale benefited our mission to  provide joy, resources to those affected by epilepsy.
